Traditional Vanilla

It’s a classic sponge that melts in your mouth. Made with the finest vanilla extract, this cake boasts a delicate, sweet flavour that pairs perfectly with any buttercream & conserve.

Raspberry & White Chocolate

A light and fluffy sponge, studded with raspberry pieces and white chocolate. Paired with white chocolate buttercream & raspberry conserve.

Zesty lemon

Soft light-textured sponge, flavoured with a fresh zesty lemon zing. Filled with a lemon buttercream & zesty lemon curd.

Rich Chocolate

Rich, moist, and delicious chocolate sponge cake, filled with creamy vanilla or chocolate buttercream and a luscious hazelnut chocolate filling.

Salted Caramel

A soft brown sugar sponge, delicately flavoured with a hint of vanilla and sea salt. Filled with a caramel buttercream & sea salt caramel filling.

Choc-Orange

Rich, moist, and delicious chocolate sponge cake with a good measure of fresh orange zest. Filled with orange zest buttercream & orange curd.

Hazelnut Mocha

Rich, moist, and delicious chocolate sponge with an espresso coffee twist. Rich, espresso buttercream & luscious hazelnut chocolate filling.

Red Velvet

Delicate, soft, fluffy red sponge, with a subtle chocolate flavour. Filled with either vanilla or cream cheese flavoured buttercream.

Carrot Cake

More of a dessert, this cake is packed with flavours & texture. Pecans, soft juicy sultanas and orange zest buttercream make this one of my most popular cakes.

Coffee & Walnut

Soft light-textured sponge, flavoured with a good strong espresso coffee and packed with chopped roasted walnuts. Filled with espresso buttercream.

Lemon & Poppy Seed

Beautiful fresh lemon sponge, with the delicate nuttiness of the poppy seeds. Filled with zesty lemon buttercream & lemon curd.

Rich Fruit Cake

A traditional, rich, fruit cake. Packed with dried fruits and nuts. Matured with brandy for at least 3 months, and covered with a natural marzipan and fondant. Please note, this is not suitable for a carved cake design.

Sculpted cakes – from £350

Sculpted and more complex cake designs need a bit more consideration, and pricing will vary based on the intricacy of the design. I’d love to hear more about your ideas so I can help create a birthday cake that will wow your guests.

Don’t delay—secure your spot early! I only take on a limited number of cakes each month, so once you know your event date, reach out ASAP to book a slot in my dairy!

Can you re-create a cake from a photo?

I specialize in creating unique cakes tailored to your celebrations. While inspirational images help me understand your ideas, let’s collaborate to design something truly one-of-a-kind for your party!

I don’t know what size cake I need.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A £80 non-refundable deposit secures your date in my diary, allowing us ample time to create a design that’s just right for your event. Simply let me know your date, and we’ll dive into crafting the most epic cake design together. Let’s make sure your celebration is marked in my diary!
